Profile

Osman Khawaja (Cambodia)

Osman Khawaja is the Executive Director of Phare Ponleu Selpak, a non-profit arts and circus school in Battambang, Cambodia, and Chairperson of the Phare Performing Social Enterprise board. He specializes in non-profit management, with a focus on education, organizational development, and human resources. Phare Ponleu Selpak plays a key role in Cambodia’s growing arts and creative industries, providing arts education, supporting community development, and contributing to festivals and cultural tourism. Through its school and social enterprise, it supports the professional development and livelihoods of hundreds of artists. With over 12 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Osman previously expanded the EGBOK hospitality training program in Siem Reap and launched its social enterprise restaurant, Spoons. He also brings 10 years of corporate experience in real estate and hospitality across Asia, along with a global perspective shaped by his work in multiple countries.

Andy Lo (Hong Kong)

Andy acts as the co-founder, project producer and company manager for TS Crew. He also produces Hong Kong Soul, the dedicated Hong Kong performing arts season featured at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. For TS Crew, Andy has overseen a range of indoor and outdoor productions, such as the acclaimed dance and circus piece No Dragon No Lion and No Sugar No Milk. Since 2016, Andy has been cultivating his global connections by participating in various platforms, including the Yokohama Performing Arts Meeting (YPAM) in Japan, Performing Arts Market in Seoul (PAMS) in South Korea, Bangkok International Performing Arts Meeting in Thailand, CINARS in Canada, and Tanzmesse in Germany etc. In addition, Andy was one of the Hong Kong fellows in the International Society for Performing Arts (ISPA) Fellowship Programme from 2023 to 2025, and as a representative of TS Crew, he is currently a member of the Circus Asia Network.

Donghee CHO (Korea)

Donghee CHO For over 20 years, Donghee have promoted festivals, seasonal programs, educational programs, and international exchange projects in the fields of street arts and circus. Planned and operated the Gwacheon Festival (2005-2009) and the Seoul Street Arts Festival (2010-2019).
Planned and operated the Street Arts Seasonal Program (2014-2019). Created, planned, and operated the Seoul Circus Festival (2018-2022). Established the Seoul Street Arts Creation Center (2015-2023) and planned and operated its projects. Supported the production of works, fostered professional artists, and promoted international exchange projects with Europe, Asia, and North America, at the Seoul Street Arts Creation Center, in the fields of street arts and circus.
