It’s a story of two dirty and penniless fools cockeyed they stand back and watch the world go by incognito and as you’re there too they’re going to make the most of it they’re going to keep themselves entertained with a few old tins and bits of string and any kids who happen to be hanging around grumpy and yet fun-loving silly but cunning with no respect for authority or social conventions they enjoy breaking the unbearable monotony of life
