  2. On the day of the event, please visit one of the visitor reception desks.
    You are ready to go once you receive and wear a festival wristband!
    *Please enter the festival venue with all accompanying visitors.
    *All visitors must register and sign in at the reception desk on the day of the event.
     If you plan to visit the festival on all four days, please sign in at one of the visitor reception desks on all four days.
    *Please note that those who have not signed up are not allowed to view the performances.

      We will check your body temperature with a non-contact thermometer.
      Please note that people with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will not be admitted to the festival.

    5. 【5】Choose a performance of your interest and go to the stage.

Guidelines

Before Your Visit

  • Travelling across prefectural borders
    If you are traveling across prefectures to come to the event, please carefully consider whether to travel or not based on Shizuoka Prefecture’s COVID-19 Alert Level.

    All venues have limited capacity to avoid crowding.

  • Please refrain from visiting if:
    ・You have symptoms of illness, including fever, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, sore throat, nasal discharge or congestion, smell and taste dysfunction, sore eyes and bloodshot eyes, headache, muscle or body aches, diarrhea, and nausea or vomiting.
    ・You have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
    ・Members of your household or close contacts are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
    ・You have traveled to a country or region where the government requires a post-entry observation period within the past 14 days; Or you have had close contact with a resident of those countries or regions within the past 14 days.
    ・People at high risk from COVID-19, such as older adults, disabled people, and people with medical conditions, are advised to take extra safety measures when attending the festival.
  • Visitor registration
    Please provide us with the full name, address, and contact information of all visitors so that we can take action promptly if a COVID-19 case is reported. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and destroyed 14 days after the event.

Requests to visitors

  • Before entering the venue: Registration and signing in at the visitor reception desk
    On the day of the event, please visit one of the visitor reception desks. We will confirm your registration information, check your body temperature with a non-contact thermometer, and ask you to sanitize your hands. Please enter the festival venue as a group with all accompanying visitors. All visitors must register and sign in at the reception desk on the day of the event. If you plan to visit the festival on all four days, please sign in at one of the visitor reception desks on all four days.
    ★You will receive a festival wristband at the visitor reception desk. Anyone without a wristband will not be allowed entry.
  • Social distancing during performances
    When you are in the audience area, please sit on the flat markers to keep a safe space from others and maintain distance between the stage and the audience area.
    We also ask you to keep your distance from others at all times, both before and after the performance.
  • Limited seating capacity
    Each venue has limited capacity to allow for social distancing. We kindly ask you to leave after each performance so that we can disinfect the venue for the next performance.
    Entry to the venue will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, starting after the doors open. Please refer to the Timetable for more details.

  • Face masks
    We ask you to wear a face mask during performances to help protect yourself and those around you. To prevent heat strokes, we advise you to drink water by keeping your distance from others.
  • Hygiene on site: washing and sanitizing hands
    Please wash and sanitize your hands often at the venue.
  • No shouting and cheering
    Please do not shout and cheer at the audience venue, but you are welcome to applaud.
  • Please do not touch the performers
    Please refrain from shaking hands or making any contact with the performers.
  • No eating allowed
    Please refrain from eating at the performance venue, but you can drink water and other non-alcoholic beverages.
  • We advise you to install “COCOA,” a COVID-19 contact application officially provided by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.
  • Please note that the program is subject to change depending on the COVID-19 situation and the weather.
  • If violations of rules by visitors (as outlined above) are considered to pose a risk to performers, staff members, and the audience, we will cancel the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What happens if a COVID-19 case is confirmed after the event?
    If a COVID-19 case is confirmed within 14 days after the event, we will promptly disclose information under the direction of the public health department. We might also contact you using contact details provided to us by “Visitor Registration.”
    Please download the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application “COCOA” on your phone when attending the event.
  • Can I visit from outside of Shizuoka prefecture?
    Visitors from all parts of Japan are welcome, but please consider and plan your visit carefully based on Shizuoka prefecture’s COVID-19 Alert Level if you are traveling across prefectural borders.
  • Is the festival free to attend?
    Yes.
    You are welcome to give tips to performers, but please make sure to maintain a safe space from others.
  • Can I take photos or film videos and upload them on social media platforms?
    You are allowed to take photos, but you may not film videos.
    You can upload the photos on social media. Please ensure not to upload pictures with other visitors in them.
  • Can I eat and drink in the audience area?
    Please refrain from eating in the audience area, but you may drink non-alcoholic beverages to stay hydrated.
  • What happens if it rains?
    Some performances may be canceled if there is rain. Please check our Official Twitter on the day of the event for updates.
  • Do you have chairs at the venues?
    We only have chairs at the “Garden” venue and the “Dining” venue. We don’t have chairs in other locations, so please enjoy performances either standing or sitting on the ground. We have flat disk markers in the audience area so that enough space is maintained between visitors. Please sit on a marker to keep a safe distance between yourself and others.
  • How do I know the performance schedule?
    Please refer to the Timetable. Please note that the time schedule is just approximate. Performances may be rearranged or canceled depending on their progression state, the weather, and other factors.
  • Is the Visitor Registration only required for the representative of a group or a family?
    A person representing a family or group can fill out registration forms for his/her accompanying visitors. On the day of your visit, please come to the reception desk as a group. Only those who checked their body temperature and received a wristband can enter.
  • I am planning to visit the festival on all four days. Am I only required to register on the first day?
    Please come to one of the visitor reception desks to check your body temperature and get a wristband on all four days. You cannot reuse wristbands from previous days, as they will be changed every day.

  • When can I enter the audience area?
    The performance venue opens 30 minutes prior to each performance. To prevent crowding, please do not start queueing until 10 minutes before the doors open. Please note that you cannot enter the performance venue when the capacity is reached.
